FanShield is optional ticket protection offered at checkout. It covers you if you can’t attend your event due to reasons like illness, accidents, or family emergencies. It’s separate from the Anyticket.com Guarantee and offers peace of mind for unexpected situations.

Will I get a refund if my event is canceled?

Yes. If your event is canceled, your order will be refunded to your credit card. If you paid in person or used another method, please contact us directly at 888-653-3001.

What if my event is postponed?

Your tickets will usually be valid for the rescheduled date, depending on the venue’s policy. We’ll notify you via email or phone once we confirm the new event details. If the event ultimately is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

How will I receive my tickets?

We offer several delivery options depending on the event, artist, and venue:

  • Mobile: Download and display on your smartphone.
  • Shipping: Delivered to your shipping address via FedEx.

Why haven’t I received my tickets yet?

Ticket delivery isn’t always instant. If tickets haven’t been released by the venue or performer, you’ll receive an estimated delivery date at checkout and via email.
